He’s RFA, so Lakers can match whatever is offered to him in restricted free agency. 100mil is most that can be offered iirc. Team could also offer him 60mil and Lakers just match that. Determined by the market

Just heard Malika talk about his number getting hung up in the rafters and I was going to ask thoughts on that but looks like it's not a hot take. Damn. Has there ever been a player like this in league history? Getting their number retired for tenure + impact.

Man I would have loved to see the Sixers matchup against Joker. The mix of Embiid and PJ Tucker gave Joker real issues.

Simple at this point, if he wants to mail it in and coast into retirement he'll be gone. If he wants to still try to win while he can he'll stay.
Basically gonna be a decision between taking it easy and falling back into a mentor role on a bad team but in a familiar/comfortable environment or busting his *** to improve and compete in a pressure packed environment since Nurse won't be messing around at all in Philly with those expectations and the talent at his disposal.
At this point in his career, I wouldn't blame him for taking either route tbh. Just think that the playoff exit would leave a bad taste in most mouths and would be a big motivator to try to run things back and get over that hump.
We'll see, he's not an ideal fit for Nurse but I'd be more interested to see how they'd try to make it work moreso than seeing Houston get some of the old gang back together in their waning years surrounded by the young guys who broke Silas
Also think Ime would be better off in Houston with a fully clean slate in year 1, bringing Beard back wouldn't be that
