Yeah Silas is done...tough situation for him and now his chance at a HC career might be over. Not all coaches are good at rebuilding and developing inexperienced players. It’s clear Silas isn’t cut out for this but in fairness to him, he did not expect to be coaching a team doing a full tear down.
