Why I thought he had a higher ceiling (but lower floor) than someone like Keegan who is more of a 3 and D role guy.

i wish Kerr coached like that. Instead he stops playing someone when they got hot and tells the team to change play style from fast to roll the ball up walk it up when we’re up (inevitably causing us to play horribly and lose every lead).
