Mike Conley has to be having nightmare flashbacks, of his time in Memphis, with this Memphis team having no point guard on the court. After Conley was subbed out there was nothing behind him. They had Gasol and Z-Bo bringing up the ball, when Tony Allen would grab the rebound and take off downcourt after giving them the ball.

So many wasted Memphis grit and grind teams by not investing in a backup PG. Lionel Hollins was on one for real.
