But, both players have a right to the loose ball. Ausar didn't want it as bad as Donte. Do we want players to decide the games or officials to insert themselves into a completely broken scramble?
Pistons had a chance to:
- Secure the rebound after Brunson's missed three
- Secure the ball after Donte's bad pass
- Not let Hart get open for a layup
- Not foul Hart's shot attempt
- Secure the rebound after Hart's missed free throw
- Secure the rebound after Hart's other missed free throw
Also, they had six players on the court during a live ball.
