Good conversation, like most on JJs pod. Poole had that tremendous title run & got zero respect after it His reward was getting KOd by his own teammate.

Just a series of unfortunate events.

Factoring in his contract and that awful playoff run he was probably the worst player in the league last year.

But still, if you give him a 9 figure deal fully guaranteed, salary dumping him after just 1 year is absurd.

But outside of Ballmer, no owner in the league is paying half a billion in salary + luxury tax for a team that has to scratch & claw to get out of the first round.
