Damn, gonna need to subscribe to HBO Max with the news coming from WB. They are putting all of their 2021 releases on HBO Max when the movie is released for 1 month. I'm assuming we'll have to pay $19.99 or something like that to watch the movie?

Almost done with Penny Dreadful. Im really enjoying this show. Very well done with all the back stories IMO.

Ah, you found The Dreamers. She was a baby faced doll in that, 20-21yo. Man, it wasn’t until Vesper Lynd that I really got into her. I liked The Dreamers and Kingdom of Heaven plenty but what she did with Vesper, next to Craig, best Bond girl ever(even liked her more than Thandie as the jewel Thief in Mission Inpossible). Loved her as Artemisia in 300 as well. Sexy AF how she fu%#ed Themistokles right before going to War with him. You don’t want to watch the other Penny Dreadful after seeing this one.
So real. Everything about that show is right on point. She killled it. Another actress I didn’t care for one bit until that role. Somebody brought up how she robbed Linney and Company. Nah, after one episode of Euphoria and the way it hit, I knew it was scooping Emmys. I’ve watched it 3 times.

anyone watch Friends from College on netflix. just started it; it's kinda cheesy but humorous as hell. I usually don't care for keegan-michael key's comedy but it just works in the show.

Yea i have no itention of watching the 2nd Penny Dreadful due to everyone on here saying it sucked and the ratings.
I watched Casino Royale once, like 15 years ago, so I forgot all about Eva Green. I enjoyed both Sin City and 300 but not enough to watch the sequels.

Yeah, Eva Green is fire. Those French actresses can make you fall in love or lust real quick. The French have perfected erotic movies, netflix had Young & Beautiful and Blue Is The Warmest Color.
Hope she's in new things soon. Haven't seen her in anything since Penny Dreadful ended. She's had interesting roles. Saw one random movie where her husband died so she raised a clone of his and then started having romantic feelings for him. Very weird. Read her agent talked her out of doing the antichrist movie with willem dafoe. Smart since the movie was basically dafoe and the actress playing his wife mutilating their genitals.

I recommend ‘Midnight diner’
Japanese show, starts with the Chef making a dish that leads into the plot of the real story. Each has a self centered story that deals with life.

Man, The Undoing was phenomenal. I didn't want it to end.
Back to Euphoria I go. Hard to watch this show with the kids around. And I watch it without the wife so I have to pick my spots on when I can enjoy. I have a nice 6 hour window to power through season 1.

easy was really good. i found myself hella invested in the characters even though they were featured once or twice a season. just a dope way of showing the vast types of experiences people in one city can have instead of narrowly focusing on one person/group
need the next season to drop
