You're 100% accurate with this comment. Russ generally thrives with lower, mid-level teams that have no real winning aspirations other than just making it to the playoffs.

He'll sell enough merchandise, fill the seats and he'll be able to play freely - get his nightly triple doubles despite the outcome. He won't flat out say it but you can tell by his body language and post game comments that he's not happy in LA.

The best ability is availability. Lonzo got a history of injuries. DJJ too. Can’t guard anyone on crutches.
