How could he have went to Philly last year? Houston didn't want Simmons and/or Frattita didn't want to work with Morey. He wasn't a free agent.

It's been different stories about that. One side is Morrey ain't wanna let Simmons go at the time. Point is if he pushed for Philly it most likey woulda happened. This is a players league and nobody said he was a FA.
