They are 2.5 behind New Orleans, but the Pels have been playing well and just got reinforcements. Still have the outside chance Zeeon could come back. They are 5.5 behind the Lakers and 6.5 behind the Clippers.

How could he have went to Philly last year? Houston didn't want Simmons and/or Frattita didn't want to work with Morey. He wasn't a free agent.
