unfortunately as the wave has hit the majority of states, we have tribal casinos and to a lesser extent card clubs trying to block betting apps so they can control the sports betting market. Mostly the tribes, they have their ads running nonstop right now about "out of state corporations" and past legislation that allows them to monopolize any kind of gambling.
also the tribes want it to be in-person only, FOH. aint no one trying to drive 2+ hours to make some prop bets.
