These anti vaxxx players and people are scumbags and don't deserve our respect. Not only are these clowns selfish but they represent the worst in our society. When I played team sports I was always told that you need to sacrifice yourself for the team. Funny that some of these NBA, NFL and other pros all of a sudden need "more information" when they otherwise inject themselves with all sorts of crazy stuff to stay on the field, the ice or the court. Pathetic. Wiggins is Canadian which makes things worse. Dude is a joke and I hope GS trades this fool.

He only really mentioned that he should be strong enough to deal with the disease given his age and healthy living . Its just that he doesnt talk about possibly passing it on to someone who probably isnt as fit as him. Getting the vaccine helps drastically reduce that risk though.
I dont think he or people really account for how small the amount of people really get adverse reactions to the vaccine.

I wish some of these players would simply have the balls to just say no I’m not vaccinated and I don’t want to get vaccinated instead of dancing around the question with the need to do more research line. Would love some of these reporters to grill them on what type of specific research they’ve done and plan to do.
They’re going to get crap either way if they don’t get the vax or if they dance around the question (and deservedly so), so why not grow a pair and stand behind your decision. That whole “it’s a private matter” line Is comical to me.

He definitely practiced that but can't really fight anyone on it that's already had covid and accepted the consequences. Other players without reasoning and susceptible to social media should just copy his homework.

And his concern is himself, along with plenty of other people both Vax & unvaxxed in the NBA. If this was about the "better good" of the people the season wouldn't be happening & we wouldn't be pushing for 1000's of people to be crammed together in Arenas for entertainment purposes but yet here we are.

That is what the definition of "research" means. Reading and comprehending scientific research and studies, which 90% of the general public isn't qualified to comprehend. As @antidope said, you have to decide whether or not you want to trust the science. But don't go out saying you gotta do research, when you're really not doing that. It's such a BS cop out.

That’s where is messed up right now. You should be caring about the common good of people not just yourself it’s human decency . Life has to go back to somewhat normlacy as best as we can for various reasons be it economics,social .Theres also still a vaccine mandate in all arenas iirc. You arent going to live in a bubble forever .

I do not want to hear about the better good of society from people that are willingly pushing for events where thousands of people are congregated in the middle of a pandemic. None of this **** is necessary & puts thousands of people at risk nightly for our entertainment
