Anyone have thoughts on the PS earbuds?

Nephew needed a new headset for college, so gave him my OG Pulse Headset.

Wondering if I should buy the earbuds or the Pulse Elite headset?

I have them.

Overall happy with them, but they could be better. I bought them for the ability to use them on PS5, PC, and phone. They're a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none.

If you're mostly using them for PS5, probably go with the headset. They don't have the oomph of the headsets (which is a shame because through bluetooth they have a better, fuller sound.) It's definitely nice not having a big ol' headset on though.

They lose connection more than they should, though that has improved with a firmware patch.

Haven't played them. Idk, maybe if they hit PS plus someday, I'll give them a shot, but FROM games just have that special something that the others dont imo.

I generally feel the same way, but Lies of P scratched that itch for me in a way that no other imitators ever have

It appears Activision is trying to clean up the interface for COD.

For what amounts to one of the industries biggest franchises, I can't believe how crazy it is to navigate through the menus.
