I don't understand the full CC and C1 as well.
It's 50% capacity, but the stadium is full. Probably only 50% are allowed on the entire area, but there's definitely no limit on CC and C1. Don't understand how this is possible without masks in Great Britain, while Delta is spreading heavily...
