What level are you guys by the time you get to Casa Del Sol?
I'm at 18 and idk if I should grind till I get all my characters to atleast lvl. 20 and up.
I also find it kind of odd how quick I've gotten to this point in the game. I keep recalling to see if I'm missing anything but I know I've explored all that I could explore so far in the game.

Yea, I am at about 20 after getting to Junon. You may be a touch under-leveled. I did farm for Yuffie at the forest outside Junon though, which may be why I am a bit higher.

Any forest should work. If you can find one near you just run in it for random encounters. I think the fight drop rate is like 10%; took me about 15 random encounters before hers. Remember you have to answer he text prompts correctly to get her to join.

There are 2 characters you could potentially miss, There might be a few summon materias that can be missed.. Ramuh, kjata, titan maybe, Alexander..
There's also an ultimate weapon or 2 that can be missed but that's much later in the game..
