Heard that there's some serious quality issues with these joints. Surprised they're going forward with additional units as opposed to rectifying the problems with the first batch.

Really? Well that certainly sucks. I’m considering the MK cabinet too.

I’m a DIY type so I don’t mind it at all. Might even go the extra mile to modify it.

Fair enough but if you look at the form factor the assembly does come with the territory. The main issue is with the electronics and controls - the stuff that should be done right.

TURBO UNO Get a unit on steep discount then modify it. Some rumours that Walmart will be liquidating these sooner rather than later.

Having an arcade cabinet has always been interesting but I know I’ll regret it due to the use/space ratio

there just aren’t many things that are of quality that have to be assembled
