Have you checked to see what’s on it? Don’t throw it out if it has trouble reading. They’re just like NES cartridges, just swab the contact pins with rubbing alcohol dipped q-tip.
It works for sure.. My ps2 doesn't work though..
 
Can somebody help me out and break down this emulator stuff for me

I wanna play a bunch of sega genesis games. I know I can buy the sega mini or sega flashback but I just ran across someone selling a emulator where I can play many (1,000s) games across multiple platforms.

I just want something to plug and play so I can conjur some of that 90s nostalgia.
