since we talking about retro gaming... the sega game gear micro is an absolute joke... if they made the same thing i woulda copped but this new joint is tiny for no reason smh

I think SEGA just designed it as a key-chain collectible or similar - you're absolutely right about it have NO real use.

In honor of the newest game being free on PSN this month...

I was way too impatient for this game 20 years ago. I remember the first encounter you had like 3 bullets to kill a bear or something

Took some of the downtime with things being closed at the beginning and bought broken gameboys and a game gear. Took them all apart, deep cleaned, and fixed a couple things here and there. Now they look damn near brand new. Super easy to fix gameboys, just watched a YouTube video and went for it.

Very dope! Did you have to replace any capacitors or other things that needed desoldering/soldering?

The game gear yes, all the capacitors were done for :smh: That took a bit because I was getting used to desoldering/soldering & all the different capacitors. So I watched a tutorial on replacing them while doing it lol. The gameboys are easy. most of the time the internals just needed a really good cleaning & missing lines are fixed by getting your soldering thing & running the across the strip underneath the screen. Give it a try man, it’s pretty rewarding in the end!

Will do! I’ve passed on game boys and game gears because I wasn’t too sure about what went into fixing them. I haven’t come across any in sometime though. I’ll be starting my soldering with a refresher kit for my Atari 2600 jr since it looks simple enough.

The boss fight have been good so far. Challenging.

I like the prison stage. You see the guards beating up the inmates
Yea, that tripped me out.

You don't get as many pts if you let them kill them though.

I used Cherry. Haven't beat the game yet. Only using her so far.

I think I reached Stage 5???????????
