Cause my license picture was back from 2005.

I got my license when i was 16, took my first picture.
Got it suspended 2004 and reinstated in 2005 new picture.

Renewed twice and still with the same photo from 2005.

So when I was going to bars they would do a double take and they asked if I knew my license number. And plus I remember it cause I had to write it so many times when I was trying to get it back.

Has anyone here ever sent flowers to someone else in a different state? I'm not sure if there's a certain business, or service that specializes with that, or am I better off just contacting a local florist in the area and doing it through them?
