Not sure. Depends on what company you deal with. They are pretty strict though. Also make sure you have a credit card not just a debit/credit card or it's a no go at a lot of places. Just call them before you head out there.

Expired is a no go if it's your license :x But if your photocopy license is not a expired and you have your expired ID they most likely will be cool. But if all you have is expired ID's you better bring somebody with a legit license.
