I've never try any fancy duck dish cuz usually when I fine dine it's steak or pasta lol
chinese restaurants all got duck...no need to be at a fancy spot. local asian grocery store will take a whole roasted duck and chop it up and serve it to you 
 
Oh I've tried duck at Chinese spots by the truckload but I gotta assume it's a different experience at a fine dining spot

Like how steak at Applebee's don't compare at all to a steak at Peter Lugers or Ruth Chris

Duck at these Chinese spots are coo, though.

Not something I can have often but I like it.

Duck is super salty lol. As I understand it, that's how it naturally is so it shouldn't be seasoned with salt all that much

Applebee's has good apps and burgers

Halal food I can eat everday

If u have legit Greek gyros they are out of this world
