do you play the lottery? i was thinking maybe the target demographics of people playing the lottery are weak-minded.

Not really, I only play when it’s a huge jackpot. Which is kinda useless because that’s when more people decide to play so my chances of winning is even more limited. It does seem like people that win are senior citizens or people in low income neighborhoods, prob because thats where most of the liquor stores are.

Had Chinese food cravings because of the post here earlier thia morning. Got fried rice, broccoli beef, and eggrolls. Everything was nasty as hell. I ate about half and put the rest in the fridge. Will finish the rest when I am starving because that is the time when I can eat anything.

No he did not. However, he’s on store camera purchasing the ticket and you probably see that the store clerk didn’t even scan the ticket, he just pulled out $10 from the register to give to my dad. He described the winning ticket and it’s distinct differences from a regular ticket to the lotto official and he confirmed it, enough to open the investigation.

These lotto tickets have codes/numbers assigned to them and the actual store so if you find a big winner ticket at a store in Los Angeles but the ticket gets cashed in at a store in San Fran....the code is still going to show it was from the store in Los Angeles. They have had this happen in the past when it comes to ticket fraud.

Thats crazy. The clerk should’ve known he couldn’t cash the tix. Maybe they gave it to friend’s friend and hoping they could get away with it. It’ll be wild if your dad hit!! More money in everyone’s pocket!

People can findout, but it’s all about how lowkey you stay after you win. I would definitely move to a new location after I win and not broadcast to the world that I just won millions of dollars in a lottery jackpot game.

I’ve always wanted to retire and move to Oahu or Maui. First thing I would do is buy a house there and eat poke every day.

Just about all of the winners on the show ended up having to move away. Too many haters, people trying to take advantage of them, “friends” coming out of everywhere, showing the true colors of their current friends and stalkers looking for an opportunity to rob them. Cruel world.

Been watching “ Lottery changed my life” and all these winners are really weak minded. Worrying about what people will think of them if they don’t buy stuff for them and how to spend it. If I win I’ll tell friends and family not to expect anything from me but MSG.

If i would win a huge amount, i would make a list of people i still want in my life (friends/family), give them a fixed amount and give them a list of professionals that can educate them on their options/manage their money AND i’m telling them it’s the only money they’ll ever see from me (if they burn it, they are not getting a dime from me)

Then i would set up a trust for distant family members that did not get a fixed amount. The trust would only pay out for school tuition.

I would delete everybody off my social media except the close friends / family members.

I would tell people i made some money with crypto and my “job” is day trading at home. I would never bring the fact that I won the lotto or the amount I won to anybody.

Finally I would setup a NT party in Vegas including a ball tournament. Invitations would be sent anonymously so y’all wouldn’t know it came from me.

I’m gonna buy a nice home for myself along with a new whip and be so ducked off no one I once knew will be able to find me. When I win, I’m only telling my immediate family, I can trust them. I’m not telling anyone else I won. To hell with all my former associates. I don’t have any friends. All family, no friends with me. I’m gonna start my own family.

I will never understand people who have the crabs in barrel mentality. Someone in this world is going to be better than you at something or have more money than you. If you fall on hard times you might need a ride or to borrow money (even though I am opposed to lending large sums of money). It never made sense to me unless the person doing better is a jerk and constantly bragging.

That’s what I’m saying. Everyone I knew in high school and college, I don’t trust any of them. Only see maybe at most 5 and out of those 5 I only trust 1. I don’t even trust more than half my relatives.

I know when I win I’m going to remain humble, I’ll have nice things but in good taste. I know not to be too flashy so that I won’t attract the wrong attention. The key is to be lowkey and and under the radar. I’ll donate to different charities and help out my home church but that’s about it. I don't want friends, I just want one wife to start a family with. I’m gonna be in the house most of the time as I’ll have a very nice home. I’ll be a houseman until the day I die.

How long will this investigation be going for? Are they updating your dad with the situation?

He said to wait for that scratcher game to expire in 4 to five months. Then they’ll send someone out to interview my dad and pay a visit to the store. From there they will begin the process of looking up numbers/codes for the tickets and the locations of the grand prize tickets. They keep in contact with him but the pandemic has stopped government work for the moment.

No, I would literally break the cashiers legs, tell cops what happened so they can feel what I feel and get probable cause
