lol this is very true, or get a new job.It doesn't take millions to find out who the fake people in your circle are. Just show up with a nicer car or house.
not a big fan of Vegas, how about a camping trip to Zion?
My dad may have won $2.5 million off a lottery scratcher back in October/November. However, there’s an ongoing investigation to the liquor store where he bought it. It seems the cashier did one of those “aww, you only won $10. Here take this” and kept his winning ticket. The lotto official opened an investigation and will tally up the total winners/locations once that particular ticket is done being sold in stores. If this store/store clerk is found guilty he will be going to court for grand larceny as the value of the ticket is in the millions.
My pops said he’s going to break all of us off with equal money splits if this happens.
Just sad how people don't want to see others especially the one's closest to them prosper.lol this is very true, or get a new job.
And you have to write your name on the back tooSo he DIDN'T know/think he won big correct? Because if so, he wouldn't have gone to the liquor store to cash it in. Around my way you can't cash in a winner that's over 1K. You have to go to the state's lottery office/headquarters to claim larger winnings.

Well that explains a lot. I was baffled when I first read your story, like how does someone let 2 million slip away without putting up a fight? He knew he won something but didn’t know the quantity. English is not his 1st language and isn’t too good at reading or understand the rules of that scratcher. I’m very sure had he scanned the ticket it would’ve read “Winner- see clerk” or something similar. I’ve hit $450 winner tickets and that’s what it reads when you win. I posted a picture of my win a few months back.

all the boys just chilling in nature grilling some of the best meat we can get our hands on
Yeah, my dad is Guatemalan and his English isn’t that good. As is his reading comprehension. Easy for the clerk to do the what he did.Well that explains a lot. I was baffled when I first read your story, like how does someone let 2 million slip away without putting up a fight?
They’re usually at/near the register here in California for the customer to use and the other one is next to their register for the clerk to scan/verify.Ahhh ok. Yes, it would have helped make things clear if you mentioned this originally.
And where is this scanner you mention? In every store the scanner is behind the counter/not accessible to customers.
TURBO UNO
But now that makes me raise even more questions. How did the cashier know that your father does not really understand english and was unaware of how much he won?
Ahh that makes sense. When that much money is involved, I wouldn't put it past anyone to try something like that. Damn that is shady. My dad goes there often so I’m sure he’s had some interactions with him before. Either way, some of these police “stings” have revealed that some clerks are bold enough to try it on anyone. They’re counting on the customer to not as any questions and accept whatever amount they say it is.
I ain't back reading, but that was more than five years ago lol. Seems like ten years ago at this point.
