What do you guys do whenever your mind wanders off and focuses either in the past or the future?

I have to admit, I can't seem to live in the present because I'm mostly anxious about what comes next, and at times I cringe at my past self.

I really need to take a breather lol

Was driving around 8:30 last night and a coyote darted in front of my car outta nowhere, ran across the street into oncoming traffic, and got hit by a car and destroyed this guys bumper
**** was wild 😳😳
Theres so many coyotes here now, that was like a main street area

i don’t know if he survived but I drove by again at like 1 am and saw another coyote walking around in the same exact spot. Maybe it was the same one or maybe it was his boy looking for his dead homie :frown:

Funny is the Internet sometimes, was listening to music on YouTube, a song I love had only two comments, I checked them, one was from myself but from another account, and from 10 years ago, I checked the account and it had only one video with 48 000 views. But of course it was nothing personal, just a freestyle of Tech N9ne I uploaded at the time. 48 000 views is huge for me but 48 000/ 3650 = 13 views a day...for Tech N9ne ? So it's definitely not a lot at all, but it's not his official account either so...
I don't know how people succeed to get views but with quality I mean. The balance between good content and audience is quite hard.
As what attracts people is not always best things...

Went to the World Trade Center museum today. My 2nd time, took my dad today since he's never been. One of the best, most emotion filled museums I've ever been to. Had some PTSD last time I went but pretty good this time. The sheer loss of life is so heartbreaking **** those POS cowards who did this. Couldn't take pics of the exhibits further in as it's prohibited but I tried my best

Try to accept those cringy moments in your past. Embrace it. They are a part of you. Don't judge them. Instead, understand that they are the best tools to learn from as you move forward. Allow yourself the confidence to know you have those moments as tools to guide you through your life. Your better off with them than without.

Self reflection is good. Just don't dwell on the negative. Understand there are things you can work on, but focus on the things your blessed with as well. Keep your thoughts balanced.

Rewatching Sopranos. This quote from a scene comes to mind
