You can get topical stuff you paint on which is the correct first stage - you have to do it diligently for a few months. You can buy it at the pharmacy here.

If that doesn’t work it’s a course of tablets for 3 months - and regular liver function tests because they can cause problems.

Don't take the bait, I couldn't recommend against watching licorice pizza more. 2 hours of straight absolutely no plot and a complete waste of time. It's not sad, it's not funny, it's not entertaining, there's absolutely no reason that movie should have ever been made.
