Woke up at 2 am a couple days ago feeling like I broke my big toe. Nothing was hurting except my big toe joint. The most craziest pain in one specific area. Did research and figured that's what it was but wanted confirmation. Doc confirmed and gave me anti inflammatory pills. Swelling has gone down but still sore when walking. What made you go to the doctor? I’m curious I’ve never heard of anyone around my age catching gout.
Either way if he shows up to my door again I’m going right to shooting at the ground infront of him
A Thousand Miles (Vanessa Carlton) is my jam

Doc say I got the gout . Time for some eating changes and more consistent exercise.

Yea surprisingly the Doc said she didnt think it was my eating but I'm just trying to eliminate every possible reason that I can. My mom did tell me that my great grandpa used to have it alot but he died a few months before I was born so can't talk to him about it. But it's just crazy how it came out of no where and on my birthday weekend but I'm just glad to be getting better.Gout is no joke - the pain is nearly unbearable when trying to sleep. It just throbs, and throbs, and can last for weeks.
Had two bouts over about five years, and my lifestyle wasn’t even bad. I worked out a decent amount, drank lots of water, very little beer/wine, diet has been meh, but somehow hit (do have a family history).
