the thread about nothing...

Starting to lowkey hate my girl. Her family is #%$@*! up and filled with idiots (Sister steals rent money to take her bf to the strip club, mother stole the kids inheritance to pay for a project building application but is about 17k short from finalizing the purchase... tons of other dysfunctional stuff). Kind of been dragging the relationship out for the past 6 months because she held me down during a rough part of my life but i'm moving next month so the relationship is heading towards it's end. Her mom is stopping her from going to school or getting a job because she wants her to babysit her kids. It sucks because I feel like she can do a lot with herself but her fam is holding her back but I know it's not my place to tell someone to abandon their family

Watching Harry potter: the chamber of secrets for the first time in years. I'm one of those elist Harry potter fans that read the books starting at 13 and wasn't that amused with the movies but I've been missing the series like crazy recently.

Superman is a much deeper character than you think. Look at it analytically and not so close-minded.
He's the only character that wears a costume (aka glasses and suit) to blend in...Wolverine, Spider-Man, Batman, etc don't do that. They wear their costumes to stand out and be noticed.

It also speaks on how blind humanity can be.  They have a hero right in front of your eyes, and they don't see it....hmmmmmmmm
Take a nap brah

Made you think too hard huh?

when i was in 8th grade we just had "History".  There wasnt a seperate class for US, World, Euro, or anything like that.  All 8th graders took the same History class.  If anything, there might be a Honors History class, but there wasnt a distinction between types of history.  That didnt come until High School where we took Geography Freshman year, World or Euro History as Sophomores (different classes, and Euro History was an AP course only), US History Junior year, and Government Senior year.

This doesnt make sense to me.  How is Superman wearing a costume to blend in?  How is he any different than Batman or Spiderman?

Well for one, he's an alien, so the suit and glasses are essentially his costume. He wears it to protect his identity as Superman (the superhero)
Batman, on the other hand, wears the bat-suit to protect his identity as Bruce Wayne (the normal human)

Just another way to look at it.

But he isn't "Superman" who pretends to be Clark Kent though, he's Clark Kent who found out he's Superman.  Therefore, the costume is the suit/cape to protect his identity of Superman.  I see where youre coming from though.

Im far from a comic book fan so I could be way off base here.

Also, I think Wolverine (and all X Men in general) is more of the one who wears the costume to blend in.

1. So I just thought about something seeing R. Black. I remember when her Friday song came out, it was shortly pulled from YouTube. Then I see Katy Perry singing a song so similar to that Friday song. Did KP's folks pay of Black to take down the video so KP could "re-release" it?

2. My boy is blown. His girl calls him at 1 AM and "vents" and since he is half sleep he doesn't respond to her venting the way that she wanted him. Then she accuses him of not caring. LOL - Women man.

3. I am so happy to see Norfolk beat Mizzou. Good to see a HBCU get that W. My boy went there and he says, "Moments like this make me miss college."

4. About to make these greens

5. About to hop on 2K12, if anyone wants a sim game.

 But calzones are already portable
They look good though.

Kinda. They can get real sloppy. In this form factor extra can fall back down on the cheese.

Why is Melyssa Ford hosting our schools State of the Black student summit? (._. )
The eye candy is appreciated but damn our A&S fees are going in her pockets? -_-

not sure about other standards...  my class goes from age of exploration to the end of Civil War (Reconstruction)

I can't help but feel bad for teams who lose in the tournament... especially the seniors... so much blood, sweat and tears go into these games

March Madness > NBA regular season

That's what I would say if I was a Knicks fan.
