i remember on one of my old SN's 5 minutes after i posted my first video ever and it had like 2 swear words in it and i got banned yet i see dudes posting 50 videos a day filled with stuff and get nothing.

If you were banned over something that wasn't against the rules, then you'd be treated unfairly.  Otherwise, you're just whining because you got caught.  The rules are pretty clear.  

If you actually have a problem with people violating those rules, report the posts.  Whenever you break the rules yourself, you're CHOOSING to risk your account over it.  That's nobody's decision but yours and, thus, it's nobody's fault but yours. 

If it's not safe for work, it's not suitable for NT.
