Great photos bud. Costco had some SERIOUS gems years ago. Never got to see a Rolex at the local Costco locations near me sadly (would have been a thrill). Though I did find this ONE & ONLY high end watch way back in 2014 at their Montgomeryville Pennsylvania location.

Tag Heuer Monaco Steve McQueen Boutique Edition. Took a photo as I NEVER had seen anything high end at any Costco. As a HUGE Steve McQueen guy, I drooled over that watch for a week and then it was gone. I knew it wouldn't last. I probably should have bought it back then (I never bought anything that expensive that wasn't a necessity, let alone a watch). But I always thought of it and today still regret not sucking it up and just buying it. Had I did, I would have rarely wore it and it would have been kept in it's box most of the time. But I would have had my 1a dream watch (my #1 is a Tag Heuer Monaco but the Gulf Edition).

Navitimer is a beautiful chrono :nthat:I really like the silver dial 41m but I wouldn't part with $9k for one.

It's good to see some representation from some people of colour in terms of actual watch production.

In so many of the forums you hear not so subtle coded comments about rappers or athletes as if they cannot have a true passion about horology.

It's been obvious for some time that many communities are often under represented within the hobby whether it be in the production, reporting or creation of watch based content, so it's good to see some change over the past few years.

Facts. The Rolex forum is the absolute worst. Republican cesspool. I got banned for making a RIP George Floyd thread, meanwhile they have those stupid *** “officer down” threads constantly.

there are definitely a lot of racist over at TRF, i only really lurk in the AP forum there but damn they were getting mad at APs direction of going hard at celeb endorsements and not because it seems like they sold out by going the hublot-esque route but because they're black celebs and athletes :smh:

really surprised the mods over there lets it all fly too

Took the Duro off the usual NATO and threw it on the bracelet. Got a few compliments and a couple people asked how much it was. Funny to see their reaction when I say it's a $50 Walmart special
