The Timepiece Thread vol: READ THE 1st POST!!!

Any links to websites for good NATO straps? Looking to put one on my Seiko SKX Pepsi bezel

Happy with this piece?

Been considering it against the California for a birthday/xmas gift to myself. I still need to try it on in a store first.

I've never seen it with the rubber strap. Only with the tan leather.

Can't tell if you have thick wrists, or if it just isn't as big and gaudy as other Panny's.

Thanks guys, I recommend the vintage route if you're looking into buying a Rolex at a bargain. I bought mine off bobswatches.com, got a very good price, and condition wise the watch basically looks brand new.

The watch "looks" brand new because they polished the watch prior to selling it to you.

Looking to sell my L-serial/1989 datejust with white stick dial for $3.5k "looks brand new"

Man what is up with some of y'all? Only on NT will people come in here and ask for advice on how to find something nice under $500 and look for steals on ******* G shocks but  then try to get smart when someone posts a VINTAGE Rolex

You must have me confused with someone else !?!?
I have never asked for any help sourcing a watch under $500 lol. Nor have i asked anything about a plastic G shock watch.

Yes, Bob polished the watch before they sold the watch to him.
Yes, i have this same TT datejust with a white stick dial for sale L serial.
The watch gets no play time on my wrist. I wouldn't really consider this watch vintage, the older 4 serial date just is when most would consider the start of vintage.
Speaking of vintage, alot of vintage aged people wear this model "16233", the 50+ crowd

I wasn't calling you out specifically, I just quoted you because you were the last person to say something smart.

Why be a **** to the guy though? I don't think Ive seen you post in here in awhile and then you just come out knocking dude for buying some he likes. It is even funnier that you have the same one supposedly and are bashing someone else who has it.

He said it looks brand new. Most consumers dont realize that dealers polish the watch before they sell it.
I was simply stating the fact that the watch had been polished.
You can take a beat watch and polish it and make it look brand new. Yes, i do have the same watch with a different dial. A high end watch is kind of like a car, you dont really notice all the people that wear them untill you have that model. It maybe just in my area, but it seems like alot of older asian and white men wear this watch. If i could turn back time i would have not bought the watch. Not taking shoots at anyone, just stating facts

man these rolies, pans, omegas, and possibly timexes are worth more than my car...

The one guy was just trying to say its old, but its actually vintage and he probably doesn't know that because he rock G Shocks of different colors to match his outfit.

Then @FLYKNITLVR
just posted a picture of what can happen to bracelets over time.

Lol. Go to bed son. NTers say the darnedest things sometimes.
