Its a process and that takes time but most people want immediate results..I'm fine with the improvements every game as we've seen against them. I think we'll be more than ready come playoff time.

Lets get this win tonight ..gonna be @ work but this is probably the first heat game that's not gonna be on my mind due to the anticipation of playing
Marvel vs Capcom 3 later on tonight ...

i was about to say.... with everything going on, do you guys think we will make any moves?.. chalmers, anthony, miller?... i really hope we keep miller...

There won't be any trades(Miller isn't going anywhere). But there might be some intriguing buy-out options. Troy Murphy(likely), or Mike Bibby(possibly) to name a couple.

Pat Riley informed Mike that he has nothing to worry about ..... Bibby apparently has been traded while you're on the topic though Dade

yeah.... i was thinking aint no way miller or haslem would get traded because of the money the big 3 gave up to bring those 2 guys in... what do we have to give up? chalmers, anthony?
chalmers and cash for arron brooks....
Sources: Warriors buy out Troy Murphy
The Miami Heat and Boston Celtics have emerged as the leaders to sign forward Troy Murphy, sources close to the situation told ESPN.com.

Murphy, who was traded last week to the Golden State Warriors after spending nearly two months in exile with the New Jersey Nets, completed a buyout agreement Sunday, source told ESPN.com.

Sources said that the Portland Trail Blazers also expressed interest in Murphy but he is deciding between the two East powers.

In a flurry of deals right at last Thursday's deadline, the Celtics traded three big men and also opened up three roster spots. Part of the strategy, league executives said, was to make room for one or two free agents to be added after buyout season. Murphy is a top choice to fill one of those roles.

The Heat have struggled this season with rebounding and scoring from their bench and Murphy would fill a need there. Miami currently has 15 players on its roster and would have to release a player to make room for Murphy.

Murphy has not played since Jan. 7 and averaged just 3.6 points and 4.2 rebounds in 18 games for the Nets. But he has a history of being a solid outside shooter and rebounder. He averaged 14.6 points and 10.2 rebounds in more steady minutes last season with the Indiana Pacers.

News of Murphy's buyout was first reported by the San Jose Mercury News.

Miami also is interested in point guard Mike Bibby if he can obtain a buyout from the Washington Wizards. The Washington Post reported on Sunday that Bibby's agent, David Falk, will meet with the Wizards Monday to discuss buyout terms.

Bibby has one more season on his contract after this year, a factor that might make the buyout terms more complicated.

We can use Troy & Mike Bibby baaaaadly!

We most like will cut Maglore if we get Murphy & Arroyo for Bibby

Whats the statute on how long this can take before the buyout is approved? If Bibby does get approved to sign with the Heat, Arroyo, Chalmers, or would it be both of them potentially leaving?
