Those guys from last season Taurean Price, Dedmon, are better than what Cam Reddish Evan turner and Hunter is giving you. Do you not agree with that?

He’s also 21 with far more responsibility than Ja or SGA. Don’t know what young PG would be much better with that cast.
Taurean and Dedmond are both trash this year. So if Trae was making them better then why not these guys?

We really comparing Taurean Prince, Dwayne Dedmon (competent nba players) to Evan Turner and Cam Reddish?.

Your new ways to spread hate is always appreciated.
Not even hating I'm just trying to understand the narrative yall are spinning. Is Trae so good that he can win with trash players or not? Like what would yall say if the Hawks go on a win streak. All of a sudden he has good teammates again? Before the season yall had Trae making the playoffs with this roster

A 21 year old 2nd year PG is not going to win with trash players AND young players around him.

That just doesn’t happen. Now, his team would be more competitive and look like the team in the 2nd half of the season last year...if surrounded by competent nba players.

Thought this was obvious.

So if they look more competitive later in this season or go on another little streak during the garbage time of the season, Trae should get no credit cause of the trash and young supporting cast.

Hmmm was this the narrative when the Hawks went on their little run the 2nd half of last season?
Hawks team was better last season...They had decent vets...Management swapped out Prince, Dedmon and Bazemore for rookies, Crabbe , Damion Jones and Evan Turner  :smh:

Not too much Trae can do bout that...Mean while Ja playing with Valancuinus and Crowder, and Shai dont eem gotta run point cuz he has CP and Schroeder wit him ...And not to mention the Hawks have played like 3 games with their top rotation due to suspension and injuries, If they start winning it will be because Trae gets to play with Huerter and Collins...They all put up like 20+ last night and no surprise they finally won

Litty

My dude really looking like Booger McFarland out there though. Really interested to see how he BI and the resurgent Zo look out there.

You said Trae was better than Steph at the same stage and that it was a joke to compare the Hawks to the Knicks. That's why I'm kinda confused

Idk what “credit” he should get. If the talent grows with him...and gets better...that’s ultimately a GOOD thing. Right now...Trae is clearly an insanely talented young guard who’s productive and ahead of the curve offensively for a PG. He has things in his game he needs to work on to impact winning more. Hes a 21 year old PG playing with a young and talent devoid roster. He shouldn’t be defined by his team record.

You look at his development individually, then collectively with the younger guys around him...and hopefully...Hawks management finds vets to put next to that talent development to take it to the next level.

That’s how you build.
