can’t duck when called upon, at that time.
For me the “republicans buy sneakers too” comment came off as extremely selfish even if it was said in jest.

This is one of those things that it’s a lot easier to say than do when the all that weight is on your shoulders and the spotlight is on you. I get LeBron does it now but I think it’s more common for prominent African Americans to speak up in this era. Not only were there fewer back then, it would have been somewhat unprecedented so he ducked the smoke to protect his bag. It’s not apples-to-apples but Just look at how they did Kaep |l

Legit the same thing Bron and dwade did to Jeremy Lin during his run lmaooo.

While the 1993 playoff footage from the Last Dance might have opened some wounds, at least MSG Networks had a Linsanity Week which was capped off with nine Linsanity games today. I know that must have inspired, helped and uplifted the Knicks fan base and entire the New York community during these unprecedented times.

Bro was hitting Mike for them coins boyyyyyyy

Then shrugged on that boy head. 'Run them pockets bald dude. You see my curl? You jelly?'

MJ wasnt gonna **** up his bread at all.
His betting debt wasnt gonna pay itself
Are celebrities today messing with their bag?

Most of these cats aren't saying anything that's not backed up by MSNBC, CNN, Twitter, etc. For example, what has Lebron said/done that was OPPOSED to the sentiment of Nike or the NBA? And we saw what happened with the China thing.

So let's keep it real in here, lobbing insults at Trump, or speaking up against racial injustice is not risky at all nowadays, it's quite common. Hell, it's prominent right here on NT.

Now Ali was really about that life. He sacrificed his career for his beliefs. And he was actually apart of a SEPARATIST ORGANIZATION, and would go on talk shows and call so called white people devils to their face. None of these negroes are doing that, these dudes are on the globalist "come together" steez.

They need to keep Muhammad Ali out they mouth.

That guy sound so mad and thirsty for twitter attention.

I don’t think it was unprecedented tho
There was literally Ali, Bill Russell, and even Kareem.
It wasn't at all. Jordan and Kobe just weren't about it.

I made my comment taking into his position as a global sports icon with the highest level of endorsements as advertising was growing. He made the safe move which I think a lot of people in his position would do.

Yeah I'm not saying it was some easy decision to make. No athlete had ever had endorsements like that and quite the same position.

Is it disappointing? Sure, I think it's fair to say that. Should he be crushed for it? I dunno.

Dixie chicks were done after those Bush comments.
Kanye got heat too

It’s wild to see MJ being fed up with the ******** behind the scenes in the 90s then think about how much more invasive media is as a whole. It was honestly quite refreshing to see, though because it reminds you that despite being Michael Jordan, he’s human too. I am now very curious to see footage of Bron in similar settings and if it’s all smiles.
