Insulting Trump and racists is risky if you're jemele hill on espn.
Fair point, but telling people to boycott NFL sponsors, which affects ESPN, is what did her in.

And that fool Michael SIMP followed behind her and lost his gig. And he has a family to take care of :smh:

Is he even still at ESPN? :{ :{

Yeah, forgot about the NFL thing. The hate she gets on Twitter is crazy though, all from racist white people who call her a racist.

Michael Smith's contract ended last year I think.

Our people will be much better off when we stop caring what these other demographics say/think in regards to us. But, unfortunately, too many of our poeple are DETERMINED to get other people to love them.

Legend has it Charles Smith is still trying to get the ball in the basket to this day

Are celebrities today messing with their bag? :lol:

Most of these cats aren't saying anything that's not backed up by MSNBC, CNN, Twitter, etc. For example, what has Lebron said/done that was OPPOSED to the sentiment of Nike or the NBA? And we saw what happened with the China thing.

So let's keep it real in here, lobbing insults at Trump, or speaking up against racial injustice is not risky at all nowadays, it's quite common. Hell, it's prominent right here on NT.

Now Ali was really about that life. He was willing to sacrifice his career for his beliefs. And he was actually apart of a SEPARATIST ORGANIZATION, and would go on talk shows and call so called white people devils to their face. All of these dudes are on the globalist "come together" steez.

They need to keep Ali out they mouth.

All facts, the athletes of today aren't really going too hard against the grain & most aren't willing to lose their endorsements either. Not to mention the world is just a different place in terms of backlash, Yea the social media storm may make it seem louder. But how many people are really losing things based off comments?

This is relevant, People downplay Kobe's ability to run an offense & act as if he was just randomly chucking shots all the time. /dude was the main playmaker on an all time great team before the age of 25. In today's game he averages 7-8 assist easy imo

Can someone explain how Jayson Williams who averaged 13 and 13 was an all star in 98

Well, don't shoot the driver...I mean messenger...but I think it had something to do with him having a career year, leading the league in offensive rebounds and offensive rebound percentage. Nets were decent at all star break. And the east wasnt really overflowing with stars in '98
