People were expecting the city of Miami to get up for 11am? Coke induced hangovers would pushed that back at least til 4pm.
If Dalembert were to play for the Heat like he played for the Rockets before to Camby trade, that would be a great pickup. he's like 31 or 32 now, and though he's durable as hell, he's reached his apex already and really is about money. Him rotating with Birdman and Haslem wouldn't be bad.

That picture is from the beginning of the route which is like 2 miles long. That backfired on the Ravens. They tried to be clever posting a picture from the parade entrance (SW 8th st) about 1-2 miles from where everyone was on Biscayne BLVD.
Come to find out, we had double the ppl (400k > 200k) at our parade

I'm sure Arison will eat the tax for the sake of winning (this time), but paycuts won't happen until 2014 season.
Trade/Amnesty Miller and let Howard ride off into the sunset. See if you can trade/amnesty Joel as well. Varnado's spot is up for grabs, he'll have to earn it. Miami could've used Garret Temple this past season, but I'm sure Justin Hamilton will be back at training camp taking aim at Varnado's spot.
