In anticipation of the crucial midterm elections in the United States on Tuesday, November 6th, we'd like to share a few links and resources to make sure everyone is able to exercise their right to vote.

If you are not currently registered to vote, take a moment to do so now: https://vote.gov/

If you are already registered, make certain that your registration is up to date:
https://www.nass.org/can-i-vote
The above link also offers information regarding your local polling places and absentee voting.

In many states, you must submit your registration 30 days prior to the election. You can find out the exact deadline for your state here: https://www.vote.org/voter-registration-deadlines/

Fewer than one in six Americans under the age of 30 voted in the 2014 elections, effectively ceding control of the nation's future to prior generations:

In 2016, voter turnout was so poor that, had a non-vote counted as a vote for "nobody," "nobody" would've won by a landslide.

At the time of this country's founding, only White male landowners held the right to vote. For the rest of us, securing that right required a prolonged, hard-fought battle waged across multiple generations.

We owe it to ourselves, each other, those who came before us, and all those who will follow to exercise, rather than surrender, our right to participate in the democratic process.

got my ballot in hand. Where my Florida people at?

Yall better vote against Rick Scott, Let some felons get their voting rights back, and vote for Andrew Gillum :nthat:
Rick Scott is running for Senate, Gillum is running against Ron DeSantis, who is a Trump stan.

Bumped. Please make sure to check your state's early voting timeframe. For example, Georgia will continue to have it until Friday, November 2nd.

After that, you'll have to vote on election day.

Get it done as early as possible, then get others to vote.
