I think 1800+ SAT and 3.5+ GPA and you should be fine. Davis is also one of the "easier" UC's to get into. On level of difficulty to get in, it goes: UCB, UCLA, UCSD, UCI, UCSB, UCD, UCSC, UCR. So if you don't get into one of those you should shoot for Santa Cruz or Riverside. If you don't wanna move far, there are plenty of good state schools and private colleges.
 
^Every school has something different to offer. So there's really no point in making a difficulty level which would be set off by how impacted certain majors are.
 
I have a feeling UC Davis won't be that easy to get into. After all them kids they let in, we won't have anymore room.
