I wonder why Pharrell is getting single credit for most of the work

People on NT give waay too much credit to Chad Hugo just because he's Filipino. Well maybe because 75% are Filipinos.

well, idk who was giving him too much credit...but dude is a multi-instrumentalist and he's really more intertwined with the funk rock style productionthan pharrell word to both kenna albums (though both are extremely talented imo...and are just on top of their game when they produce together)

or maybe it's because Chad is that dude...listen to his solo work vs. Pharrell's and you would know who's more advanced

I've always thought Pharrell was more of an image for the neptunes than the one who was into the production...chad's solo work > his.

is it me or does "Love Bomb" seem to draw influence from Anita Baker's "Sweet Love"? just in a way..

thats true.

but you cant have one without the other when it comes to NERD/Neptunes.

some people discredit pharrell and give all praise to chad simply because they have a thing against P. when the lyrics you are shouting out at the show.. Pwrote.
so yeah, Chad is a beast with the instruments, no doubt about it. dude is amazing. but dont discredit pharrell just because he is a song writer morethan he is a musician.
