I wonder why Pharrell is getting single credit for most of the work
nerd.gif

Yeah, it's because he wrote most of the tracks. That main thing to focus on is "Produced bythe Neptunes"

A lot of people always hate on P for his solo work. I actually enjoy it. But, my mindset for each of their work, is always Neptunes...regardless if it'sChad solo or Pharrell solo. It's the Neptunes. Chad Hugo is def. a genius, but I would never put him over P or vice versa. When you think of everythingthat's on P's plate...the song writing, plus the producing, plus upholding the media appearances. Working on his clothing line, and working on LVcontracts and such...there was a recent interview where he says that he literally has NO social life. Dude is like 34, single, no kids to everyone'sknowledge at least. Chad stays out of the scene by choice because he's married with kids. So I am just saying, comparing these two is just reallyirrelevant to me.

The UK album has extra tracks... "Lazer Gun Carrying" & "I can't get it out of my head"

dammm... not that I'm not used to this kind of crap

Is there gonna be a difference in covers too?
That Zune commerical cover had some extra stuff,
but I definitely like the white background red gorilla version better...

well, idk who was giving him too much credit...but dude is a multi-instrumentalist and he's really more intertwined with the funk rock style production than pharrell word to both kenna albums (though both are extremely talented imo...and are just on top of their game when they produce together)

thats true.

but you cant have one without the other when it comes to NERD/Neptunes.

some people discredit pharrell and give all praise to chad simply because they have a thing against P. when the lyrics you are shouting out at the show.. P wrote.
so yeah, Chad is a beast with the instruments, no doubt about it. dude is amazing. but dont discredit pharrell just because he is a song writer more than he is a musician.

definitely not discrediting p. like NeptuneBeats18 said:

at the end of the day, i just enjoy the neptunes/n.e.r.d. music.

Kill Joy has to be modeled after 80's Chili Peppers. It just has to...

Can't wait for GITD... last stop

Well, as far as writing credits...I really have no clue if he writes his own stuff, or if P writes it. But yeah, there would be no N*E*R*D without my manShae Hailey. He is heard more on this CD than any others though.
