Yes. Legalization means checks and balances to the business, regulation. Alcohol is legal and their laws that come with it. Drinking and driving is breaking the law. Drinking under the age of 21 is breaking the law. You think if prostitution was made legal 15 year old kids would be dropping out of school and become pros? It's legal in Las Vegas and Rhode Island. How many children you see on the Bunny Ranch? And if they did they'd lose their license and be put away. Same with pornography.
The video only shows that the fact that it is illegal makes it easier for anyone of any age to pick up and do it since the business is lawless.
