That's what I'm saying. I could see spending 10 dollars on that thing if it's as good as they make it out to be. But 30? That's just rape. Thing costs like 1.00 max in materials. The packaging probably cost more than the protector to make. FOH with 30 dollars for a little plastic film. But again...I was very impressed with the impact performance...very. I'd just be very weary of the smudging, viewing quality, and feel. Not to mention a probable loss in screen sensitivity, and possible loss of s pen usage and air command.

Yeah those are good...but waaaaaaaay too bulky in my opinon.probably ok for a little iphone, but no way I"d wanna deal with that on a galaxy s4, let alone a note 3

I had to get rid of Hangouts. I'll try it again when it isnt a laggy mess

What phone do yall have that you are having problems with Hangouts. I have a rooted Galaxy Nexus with Paranoid Android and I have no problems with Hangouts.

It takes like 15 minutes tops to Root the phone and install a rom. I put the updated Hangouts on my moms Galaxy Nexus I'll check with her to see if its been crashing.

How can they be toe to toe when the N5 houses a snapdragon 800 which obliterates the 600 in CPU and GPU performance PLUS its running an unadulterated stock version of android 4.4.

The new cpu will hardlty make a diffrence unless you game on your phone. You guys fall for the new cpu trick every year

Textra and MMS sometimes do not get along.. In the past I've had troubles with Textra.

Now with the new Hangouts I've had troubles sending MMS and no troubles receiving it. Anytime I send one it would force close the app.. as of right now I'm using 8sms until the official Hangout hits the playstore.

Did you read the directions for mms to work with textra. You have to manually enter your arp settings

With the new gorilla glass 3 ain't eem need no screen protector :hat

Maybe a case if you get down like that

Maybe I should have clarified. gorilla glass is strong as hell compared to other glass on phones

Gorilla glass is a gimmick and you guys fall for it year after year. Only thing gorilla glass protect against is light scratches.

Gey a screen protector. I can drop my phone and glass won't crack when I have a screen protector

But your own sprint.

My friend got a new 4G phone on sprint and all he had was 3G every where we went while I was 4G rocking on T-mobile.
Me Im with sprint 4g everywhere. Now days unless you live in the sticks, your getting 4g

Ok so it turns out you most likely will be able to use the Nexus 5 on Verizon. Like the Nexus 7 tab which has the ability to go on verizon if you can get a sim card you will be golden. Verizon has yet to approve the Nexus devices on the their network but if you get a sim card and put it in the tablet the tablet will work fine with APN input.

So using this logic the Nexus 5 should be able to work on Verizon just the same. Now sim cards on Verizon are just for data from what I remember so everything function wise is up in the air.

Will be copping the nexus 5, looking like the best backup phone ever, screw insurance. Might then sell the note 2 and put towards the 3.
