Me too. It doesnt happen often but when it does it's 100% from an iPhone user. Flawless from Android users though

May try something new for the hell of it...

I have a 3rd party battery in my S3 and for some reason every single time I take a picture with flash using the stock app it shuts down. Looked it up and there doesn't seem to be a definite answer as to why it happens but I pop in the stock battery and get 0 problem. Weird

Flash uses alot of voltage to charge a capacitor.  The 3rd party battery might not be able to supply the voltage the flash needs, while simultaneously keeping the phone functioning properly. If that is the case the phone will kill the camera app before allowing it to affect core functions.  Alot of the knockoff batteries dont have the stats that are listed on the label.  Some are alot weaker and have less capacity than OEM, so beware. (not all though)

Interesting I wasn't aware of that. It's weird because it only happens when the battery hits 50% or less which I thought was weird but I'll keep that in mind when buying a 3rd party battery. Mine was $7 and a knockoff brand so that's probably part of the problem. Thanks for the response and knowledge.

Had Sammy for my past 3 phones, but heres part of the reason why I went M8 over the S5...

With the insane processors and other hardware in these devices, plus the advances in Android, theres no excuse for this anymore from ANY manufacturer.

The power button issues on my S3 will probablykeep me from buying Samsung phones again. It's a pretty common issue Idk why they didn't a recall or something.

Got my Caseology case in the mail. Headphones fit in there with no issues. Very satisfied

It's also much slimmer than my Spigen case

Switching back to a Jelly Bean source rom

I feel as if when I switch to Kit Kat source roms, those mms problems started to occur

I love jellybean, but I feel the white ui elements in kit Kat make it look much more "mature". By the way, does anyone know the eta of Motorola's next presentation/ the x+1 presentation ?

YESSSS!!!

Even with so many leaks under its belt, we never actually got to see the LG G3 with the back cover off. Now, thanks to Techblog.gr we can confirm the international LG G3 will sport a removable back cover, which gives you access to the 3,000mAh Li-Ion battery and microSD card slot.

In the photo on the left, you can see that the LG G3 in question is the D855, which confirms that this is exactly the version we are going to get outside of Korea.

The LG G3 is having its official announcement on May 27, but already the phone's specifications are out for everyone to see.

The LG G3 will come with a 5.5" QHD IPS display, a Snapdragon 801 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal. The smartphone will be powered by Android 4.4 KitKat and packs an optically stabilized 13MP main camera and a 2.1MP front-facing camera.

Measuring 146.3 x 74.6 x 8.9mm, the G3 is roughly the same size as the Sony Xperia Z2. The upcoming flagship is also going to feature a 1W speaker, which is the same found on the LG G Pro 2.

LG even showcased the phone's special QuickCircle case yesterday. It comes shortly after the leaks of a number of third-party cases for the phone.

I accidentally deleted "Google Now" from my homepage on the s5. Any way to get it back? I tried dragging it from my apps back to the homepage but it is totally different/not the same.

The one that I dragged from the Apps doesn't have the voice command thing and the search bar.

What can I do? I thought about a hard reset but that seems like overkill.

(I really need someone to hook it up with info 'cause I'm getting nothing when I google and the two previous times I've posed in here asking for help, no one offered anything...:{ )

The search bar?

I think you can just long press on the home screen and add the widget.

They already know they done goofed haha. Like i saod they dont want those note 4 problems. Go back to 5.2 maxxx and ill cop the g4

Also a small bezel is good and purposeful not lack of design. During one hand operation your gunna be all over the screen with the crux of your thumb.

G2 didn't feel nothing like a 5.2 I know the 5.5 won't feel massive with the G3

I don't think the ad screams goofed up. in the contrary, they are embracing the 5.5 and telling the world "this is how you suppose to do it" clever if you ask me. with all these video app targeting phones why not give the consumer a larger screen but yet keeping it in a small body?

Your right the ad says look its bigger but not... But it is bigger hah the dimensions are markedly larger than its direct comp. They changed the dynamic. Lotsa ppl that held out gunna be mad they jis didnt get the note 3 a yr beforehand practically

Its the pr and marketing peoples job to make clever infomercials like that. But imho they goofed and are getting some backlash for it so tryna spin it off. Also the micro razor (razor m) had a minimalist bezel like a yr plus ago. It didnt work well. All 3 flagships are gunna have their shortcomings but i thought with the extra time LG would come correct and try to stomp out the competition again. It may be the best of the 3 again in many aspects but i dont think itll be etter the N3 in anything besides software lag

Backlash? Are you kidding me? I think the G3 is the most anticipated phone of the year so far. Think of that. Who would have thought you'd be able to say that about LG?
