Restart your phone.  It should show up when it comes back up.

It's been about two weeks since unrevoked 3.2, the permanent one-click root solution for HTC EVOs running the OTA Froyo update (and earlier versions of Android), was put up and then pulled down for bug fixes. Anyone who wanted to reap the rewards of rooting during the wait could download test builds by visiting the dev team's IRC channel, which is what I did, and now the official unrevoked 3.21 is available for those with more patience than me.
Son I'm in the same boat as you, kinda scared

is there a 1 click root utility for the Samsung Vibrant?

Dumb question(s), can you replace icons without rooting?
(i remember seeing an android icons some pages back and someone was supposed to email me the file but I never got it, anyone know what I'm speaking of)...

How likely is it to brick the phone trying to root it?.....(it seems as though many folks do it without a single glitch)

what exactly does the ROM & Kernels do?

thanks for dealing with the village idiot,
D

I sent you the email, guess you didn't get it though. Just PM'ed you the link, but I'll post it again for those that missed it. If you are not using LauncherPro, you may need to use something like BetterCut. The zip file can be found here. Also, you do not have to be rooted in order to change the icons.
Let me know if you need any help. Here is an example:
