It bothers him that people don’t respect his chips. He made the decision to go to GS because he was concerned with his legacy which is ultimately tied to how people view you. So the fact that he finally has two chips, back to back, and people still don’t respect you it’s got to be deflating. You realize that whatever legacy of winning you leave behind it’s always going to be tainted in people’s eyes.

Doesn’t matter how much money or trophies he racks up. It won’t earn him the respect he truly craves.

Just compare the celebration and adulation KD and Ovechkin got the last few days. That BAN acting like he just won a game in February. He knows he took the easy way out.:smh:

Kd will always be the dude that tucked his tail between his legs to ring chase. There is no honor in that. I don't care how many chips he wins.

He that kind of dude that will brag about beating a one-legged man in a race.

This team is insufferable but unless a miracle happens this next 4-5 years of the NBA will be bland, boring and predictable. Basically it will women's college basketball.
 
I don’t have any issues with the rest of the warriors, just KD. Dude pull a ***** move dipping to GS. He’s a great player, but I won’t recognize him to the full due to him doing that. **** him!

KD was the reason they were able to stay in game 3 and ultimately win. You remove KD from the dubs and the gap between them and the rest of the league becomes substantially smaller.
