Other than being a Avengers Trailer, IM2 is fine. Okay it needed a better villain. They wasted Mickey Rourke.

I personally thought it was boring. From just a movie-goer stand point, not a comic book fan.
These 'firsts' you mentioned are great, but weren't executed that well and was very anti-climatic and the pace was constantly 'bleh'.
The movie wasn't THAT bad though, but it wasn't memorable at all. I actually enjoyed IM 3 more than 2, because it was a better movie overall. I just hated the fake Mandarin part.
