Since these films are focusing a little more on teamups and heroes popping up in others films, I wonder if BP will have Cap or Winter Soldier as another character in it. I think it's a good chance Winter Soldier pops up.

True, but I think it's possible he could still play a small but pivotal role in the film. I know it's a longshot, but Feige mentioning that we can expect more unexpected heroes popping up in films had me thinking.
