If I see another off-white product...

It’s true but this guy is soft. I wouldn’t work for anyone but if I was there I would do as I please and at my pace, especially if no ones bothering you?

How you know he's soft? ..... especially if YOU'VE never worked for anyone?

That's like a couch potato chillin on the recliner talking about "oh, I could've blocked LeBron's dunk. Easy"

I don’t know if I would take Alps opinions in work seriously given I don’t think he’s ever worked at a job before lmao. But one thing he’s right about is the work at your own pace part. Especially if no one is bothering you. Unless you’re a doctor or something of that nature, overworking yourself is just bad for your health.

Not sure if this story is true or not, but I'm kinda blown u relocated for 18 and hour...
Bruh this right here....

OP, between this original decision and your break down after working a day, u may need to seek mental help brother.

But I don’t get how u thought this was going to be your career, this is like a season holiday job that u should be able to get in any city

Homie talking about “it’s ok to cry” like something major happened. I reread his rant to see if I missed something huge like a fist fight to the death, throwing kittens off rooftops, forced sexual acts..... nothing. Homie had to sit for 8 hours and emotionally broke down

Lol a doctor is probably one of the most important occupations to not rush and go at your own pace. This StockX job is human factory assembly line work, do 55 shoes an hour or 110 per hour, who cares

On the verge of tears?

My toxic masculinity made me laugh at that.

Never let a job take you to that point.

It ain’t the job that probably took him there he probably was sitting in that car like “damn, what now?”

He 30, assuming no other businesses or degrees, relocated for this and couldnt make it thru a day...***** i be in that ***** stressing 2 :lol

oh this finna b one of THOSE threads :rollin

I wasn’t talking about working there I meant in general. Driven up prices for resale based on their “numbers” they can easily just hike up to make more money. **** StockX

Now this story...... lol.

A pair of AM97's that jus tdropped the other week are going for under retail on StockX right now.

I'm glad I waited. I can cop for around $150 instead of $200

I don't like all those trash yeezy's and off white hype shoes tho, so maybe I'm just trash for liking shoes nobody else apparently wants

Traveling across the country for 18 an hour, Detroit no less? Your mental health gave way a long time ago.

Not that i disagree but as a young brother without much job experience outside of ********...

What pay is relocation worthy
What type of jobs offer this pay
What/if any degrees or certifications required

Nah b, they have robots that fix robots.

There are robots that build cars at the plant... Cars that carry other cars from said plant to the dealership.

Then you don't even have to go to a dealer to buy a car, you can spec your car online and have it shipped right to your house. - https://www.carvana.com/

But don't think your scheme will be to "be the truck driver that drives the truck to deliver the cars to peoples homes" - https://qz.com/854117/truckers-thin...r-40-years-silicon-valley-strongly-disagrees/

The real finesse is being the guy that engineers and programs the robots.

until robot programming/set up/maintenance is as commonplace and Googleable as laptop programming/set up/maintenance

I thinking outside the box,

But yeah engineering is definitely the route to go. But realistically you still need a human to service a machine not even a specialized robot can finangle the human dexterity to fix intricate things.

Idk man Ive had some **** jobs when I was younger. Try working for the post office when you are 18 and going to school full time. Managers always on you and ****. But I kept it movin and when I graduated and got my job in my field after school I literally told my manager go **** yourself and threw the mail on the floor and walked out.

You cant quit a job without a job lined up my dude! You cant collect unemployment and no money is comin in the door.

Good luck though and I wish you the best in your search!
