Well, I hate the idea of people highlighting number of post.

The japan editions include 4 colorways. You forgot about the silver ones. Not all 4 colorways released stateside as well. The only ones released in the USthat have the same color as the Japan ones were these (navy) and the silver ones, as a mid sadly

Another thing I almost forgot the Japanese versions all came in a suit case....
