If you're in the mood for a comedy, Adventureland. Anything else go see Soloist. Those are the 2 best movies in theaters.

I enjoyed Adventureland but it felt too much like superbad.

I Love You Man is pretty funny, but Observe and Report is no doubt the funniest movie out right now.

As for drama I head the Soloist is really good if you like that kind of story. I was able to watch some of the movie Earth and it was really good but Idon't know if that's what your looking for because its not really a movie more of a discovery/nat geo type thng.

Those are whats hot righht now.
