When I was in HS yeah. That was like 6-7 years ago. I was like 5'8 210. I would always get the Barkley comparisons.

ill put some videos (terrible quality) of the dunk contest i was in in june this year. im 6'2, white, 2 foot jumper.....can fully windmill, jam either hand, !@*% back 2 hands with a full 360 (i spin the opposite way, probably from watching so many VC tapes), double pump reverse. the next one i want to get down is between the legs, almost got it down.

6'4" 200 and yes.

Not that it's anything to brag about at my height. I couldn't dunk until I started squatting though. Still can't jump off one foot at all, but two foot I can dunk easily, two hands, off the board, etc.

im 6'8" with a 55 inch vert. out dunked james white and working on dunking from the three point line.

Squatting heavy or for high reps?
